About the tour

Menai Bay is scattered with isolated sandbanks, rugged island scenery, uninhabited islets, pristine marine life and crystal-clear turquoise waters.

Glide through the beautiful Indian Ocean on a wooden Dhow boat, and observe the abundant and diverse marine life through the clear waters. Enjoy the pristine sand of the sandbank, swim in the shallow waters or simply lay on the beach and relish the warmth of the tropical sun.

Menai Bay is a marine-protected area and a sanctuary for humpback and bottlenose dolphins. You might be lucky enough to spot them when it is the right season.

Kwale Island is a great place to explore – climb an ancient baobab tree, walk along the beach, view coral formations and discover hermit crabs scurrying about. On your return to Fumba, the crew raises the lateen sail while you make a leisurely voyage back as the sun sets on your glorious day in paradise.
