About the tour
Join us on an interesting tour of Stone Town, and get the opportunity to stroll through the narrow streets and winding alleys of the UNESCO protected ancient city.
You will be able to discover the famous Zanzibar doors, the Darajani Market, where fresh tropical fruits and vegetables are sold, and the fish market, where, if you are lucky, you will get to watch the fish auction taking place.
You will spot Arabic coffee sellers stroll around with charcoal banners and bronze pots with steaming hot coffee, and will be able to watch ladies sitting in small stores selling Swahili delicacies like crisps and badjias, as well as men sipping their coffee while playing games like dominoes or bao, and discussing the latest news.
